Glucose is an energy source for the organism, especially important for the brain. You can obtain it from the intake of food rich in carbohydrates.

The biggest problem with sugar is that we over consume it without realizing it. This could be detrimental for our health. As it leads to gum problems, weight issues, which on its own leads to heart problems, diabetes, high blood pressure etc.

Do not over do it with the salt, as it can lead to high blood pressure, which increases the risk of heart problems due to an increase in liquids. Moreover, it can increase the potassium level in the urine, which reduces the assimilation of the proteins from the food.

The Caffeine...

The caffeine directly affects the central nerve system. Its consumption usually leads to an instant feeling of clarity and reduced tiredness. The intake of coffee, Coke or chocolate stimulates the release of sugar, which is the basis of your heightened good spirits and self-confidence. However, one should not forget that the negatives far outweigh the benefits of this kind of stimulus.

Sport...

Sport – we lead such a sedentary way of life! If we do not provide our body the required exercise, no diets and programs for weight loss or health improvement will work.

If we lose weight, too fast we are likely to get it back just as quickly and even add more to it. The quick weight loss is not an answer to your problem. The weight loss secret consists in not starving yourself, but eating the right food in the right amount, so not to negatively affect our metabolism and health.

Our health is a result of a number of factors some of which depend on us and some do not. One of the factors we definitely have control over is our food intake.

The key to healthy eating is hidden in the balancing of the different food groups in our daily regime so we can feel healthy and bursting with energy.
