These 10 days I spent in Simeonovo completely changed my life.

I found out about the existence of the weight loss center accidentally. A friend of mine signed me up as it is close to Sofia and at an affordable price.

My work is very stressful with 10 to 12 ours daily with very little mobility. I am overweight, and it has gotten worse with the years.

These last 10 days I spent in Simeonovo completely changed my life. In the begging, I could not believe how quickly I lost weight as I had tried all kinds of diets. The good combination of a dietary regime, gymnastics, and walks in the mountain, which we took daily had a tremendous effect. In the evening, the program consisted of folklore dancing with an instructor, which also helped with the weight loss. During the 10-day stay in the weight loss center lost 3.5 kilograms, however I continued losing weight after that too. Since then I have lost all in all 7 kilograms as I tried to follow the program.

It was very hard to continue this as I missed the walks and the wonderful staff at center Alia. I started attending the folklore-dancing program at Sport center Alia – kv. Reduta. So now, after 7 months I have been able to maintain my weigh.
